GED / High School Equivalency Program
The California High School Equivalency Certificate is widely accepted as equivalent to a high school diploma by employers, colleges, and institutions of higher learning.
Currently, passing the General Educational Development (GED) exam results in a High School Equivalency Certificate. All Division schools offer GED preparation classes.

ASE Distance Learning
The ASE Distance Learning (DL) Program provides opportunities for students to learn at home. Students receive instructional materials (e.g., DVDs), view them at home, complete assignment packets, and return completed work to their teachers for evaluation.
